The receiving CRM, hosting infrastructure and any subsequent provider correspondence can retain information under their own operational practices.

The form endpoint validates entries and uses protected server-side configuration when connected to the CRM. Rate limiting may process an IP address to reduce abusive requests. Form bodies should not be deliberately written to website application logs. No security measure guarantees that every internet transmission or system is risk free.
